Small red and white potatoes stuffed with a creamy, lemony chickpea filling.

Choco Balls     $12.95/ $15.95
Bite size balls made with carrots, oats, figs, dates, bananas and raw cocoa, rolled in coconut.

Creamy Dill Dip Veggie Tray     $12.95/ $15.95
Carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower, served with a tasty dill dip.

Mediterranean Tray    $12.95/ $15.95
This tray of Mediterranean treats, includes hummus, tahini dipping sauce, falafels, tabbouleh, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and olives.

Caesar Was a Vegan Salad 
With crispy chickpeas as croutons, a cashew based Caesar dressing and a vegan parmesan cheese crumble, this salad does not disappoint.

Tuna-less Carrot Salad 
The carrot is pressed into a tuna texture and mixed with crunchy relish and vegan mayonnaise. Served on a bed of greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and radishes.

Roasted Beet, Sweet Potato and Kale Salad
Beets, sweet potatoes, kale, cranberries, pecans and quinoa tossed with a slightly spicy wasabi dressing.

Creamy Detox Salad
We took a normal detox salad and added cashew cream to take it to the next level. A great side for any meal.

H.A.T. (Hummus, Avocado and Vegan Tuna) Salad  – Add $3
Filling and flavorful, with sun-dried tomato hummus, fresh avocado and “tuna” salad made from almonds. Served on a bed of greens with tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots and topped off with a creamy lemon dressing.

Crunchy Superfood Salad – Add $3
Kale, pears, pomegranate, hemp hearts, black sesame seeds, shredded coconut and a sprinkle of cinnamon, served with a balsamic-apple cider vinegar dressing. So many flavors, so little time!

Lemony Lentil Salad with Herbs and Radishes   
Slightly sweet and completely delicious!  The hearty lentils fill you up while the delicious flavor makes you want more!

Famous Rice & Veggie Bowl 
This dish is simple yet extremely tasty!  Brown rice, cooked to perfection, zucchini, cucumber, tomato and green onions topped with some fresh lemon juice.

Brussel Sprouts, Quinoa and Brown Rice with Cranberries and Pistachios
Slightly sweet, slightly salty and complete delicious! Combining brown rice and quinoa together creates an texture amazing!

Peanut Cabbage Slaw with Soba Noodles 
Delicious Asian flavors in the peanut sauce are the perfect compliment to our high quality, organic, gluten-free soba noodles. This salad also has purple cabbage, carrot and Brussel sprout to add some additional crunch!

Watercress and Forbidden Rice Salad w Ginger Vinaigrette 
This yummy lunch has crunchy watercress, orange bell peppers, celery, and edamame served with savory rice and a  zingy ginger dressing.

Asparagus Lemon Quinoa Risotto 
Riced cauliflower, asparagus, cashew cream and quinoa. The curry seasoning spices things up.

Tacos  
Cauliflower, mushrooms and walnuts inside quinoa taco shells. All of the fixings are included!

Chic Salad Wraps
Dill chickpea salad with pickles, celery, red onions and cashew mayo served with quinoa wraps! An excellent option for any crowd!

Shepards Pie 
Corn, peas, carrots and broccoli in a creamy cashew sauce, topped with mashed potatoes.

Tunaless Tuna Casserole 
Chickpeas and mushrooms are the heroes in this comforting casserole.
